Jessica's family yoga sessions promote peace and mindfulness for parents and children through movement, song, breathwork, and storytelling. Our instructor, Jessica Wyton, is a certified E-RYT 200 yoga instructor. Jessica has over ten years of experience including specialization in trauma-informed and adaptive instruction.
